While we recognize and appreciate the noble efforts of government in providing for dependent children and youth, we are keenly aware of gaps that contribute to poor outcomes and continued government involvement.  

These gaps can best be filled by public and private partnerships that provide real supports today to enable a brighter tomorrow.  By addressing crucial developmental needs, we empower these young individuals to reach their full potential, fostering security, independence, and purpose in their lives.
